Follow up coaching sessions allow you to further integrate, deepen, and fully align with the awareness and insights gained through your initial session with Melissa.

In her follow-up sessions Melissa combines her intuitive gifts with her clinical psychology education and experience to offer a unique approach to personal development and spiritual coaching. These sessions are designed to support you as you release and rewire outdated programming and break free from limiting patterns while you shine light on and integrate all powerful parts of yourself.

  • Souls evolve by incarnating with other souls in different dynamics over many lifetimes. These past lifetimes together create energy patterns and karma that may influence current relationships in this lifetime. Lessons that have been learned through trauma, difficulty or powerful experience may leave imprints on this lifetime that are influencing your behaviors, fears, reactions, and resistances.

  • Soul connections include past life karma between you and another soul as well as the soul contracts you made before incarnating. Souls evolve by learning lessons and balancing karma through many lifetimes together.
