 2.  Personal Responsibility and Liability: You acknowledge that decisions and actions taken based on insights from any session with Melissa Le Gette or content on melissalegette.com are solely your responsibility. Melissa Le Gette and melissalegette.com bear no liability for any direct or indirect consequences of your decisions or actions. Your engagement with our services signifies your agreement to not hold Melissa Le Gette, Solstice Rising LLC, its employees, associates, or affiliates liable for any outcomes of such decisions or actions.

 3.  Indemnification: You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Melissa Le Gette, Solstice Rising LLC, and their successors, heirs, employees, agents, directors, officers, and associates from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or your breach of this agreement. This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of this agreement and your use of Melissa Le Gette’s services.

 5.  Payment Policy: Services must be paid for in full prior to the scheduled session. Should you need to cancel a session, a full refund will be provided if cancellation notice is received at least 12 hours in advance of the scheduled time. This policy is designed to respect both your time and that of Melissa Le Gette.
